DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

  • Claims that are determined by our team to be an error are covered at our expense.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVED BROKEN / DEFECTIVE?

  • We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, email us at support@hasbulla.shop with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • For packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date

I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT. CAN I GIVE IT BACK?

  • We strive to make our customers happy. We will send you your money back after you return it to us. However, if you are absolutely unhappy with your order, you can ship it back to us at your expense (pay the shipping).
  • We highly recommend re-gifting or donating it instead to avoid the environmental and financial cost of shipping them back to us.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

  • We offer exchanges at this time. Send the product back, and we will ship you the other one and you only pay the shipping rate.
  • Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@hasbulla.shop  within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
