DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

  • We ship to most major countries around the world (except Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Syria).
  • Regional restrictions due to Covid-19 may also affect and change where we can deliver.

I RECENTLY PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY SHIPPING INFORMATION.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.
  • Tracking numbers will be updated 1 day after your order has been SHIPPED.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE IN MY HANDS?

  • We have our fulfillment center in Germany to get our products in your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. 
  • Shipping speed depends on your location. Generally, your item will be fulfilled in the facility in Germany unless they're not stocked there, in which case it'll be fulfilled at one of the other locations.: 
    • US: 6-9 business days
    • Canada: 6-9 business days
    • EU: 2-3 business days
    • UK: 2-3 business days
  • Tracking numbers will be updated 1 day after your order has been SHIPPED.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
  • We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 
  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s residence, get in touch with us at support@hasbulla.shop with your order number. 
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER!

  • Please contact us right away. We can reship the package to you once we receive it and will cover the cost for the first reshipment.
  • Packages returned to us more than once will incur additional shipping costs. If this happens, please verify the shipping address or suggest another address so we can avoid further costs and minimize our global footprint.
